This constitutes the terms and conditions of use of the Social Season Hatters web site and any services it offers. Please read the information it contains and if you do not agree with the conditions, please do not continue to use the web site.

From this point forward, the terms "we", "us", "our" and all such terms shall be taken to mean Social Season Hatters or our agents. The terms "you", "your" and equivalent terms shall be taken to mean you, the user of our site or services. Any terms referring to the "web site", or "site" refer to skhats.co.uk and do not include any sites to which we may link.
The terms and conditions included here, extend to include all of our other relevant documents including, but not limited to our privacy policy, copyright notice, accessibility details and contact details. Placing an Order
The following shall apply should you choose to place an order with us:
- Should you choose to order goods or services from us, you are making an offer to purchase said goods or services, which, if accepted by us will then result in a binding contract, notwithstanding your right to cancel under the UK Distance Selling Regulations. In the event that we do not accept your offer, all money paid by you will be refunded in full.
- We will always attempt to dispatch your goods in a reasonable time. This usually means within seven days. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you and offer you the choice to wait for your order or to cancel it at no cost to yourself.
- We do, on occasion pass your order directly to our suppliers for dispatch. In this case, while we are not responsible for the time it takes them to dispatch the goods, we do not, of course, wish you to wait unnecessarily. If you feel that the goods are taking a long time to arrive, please do contact us and we will pursue the matter.
- If we send your order directly to one of our suppliers, we will pass your name and address details to them as per our privacy policy.
Cancellation of your order or return of your goods
There are several conditions under which you may cancel your order:
- If you decide that you no longer wish to retain your goods, you may cancel your order at any time within fourteen days of purchase and return any goods to us, unworn and in good condition. We will give you a full refund of all costs paid to receive the goods, but you will be responsible for any costs incurred for returning the item in the event that we have already dispatched it to you.
- In the unlikely event that the item you receive is not the item which you ordered or is faulty when you receive it, you may choose to have the item replaced or your money refunded.
If you choose to have a hat made to order, you will have seven days from the day following your purchase in which to cancel your order. In this case all money will be refunded to you. If you choose not to cancel in this seven day period, this will constitute an agreement on your part that the hat should be made. After this time, you will not be able to cancel your order except in the event that the hat is not as was agreed at the time of order.
Alterations to this agreement
We may, from time to time, alter any or all of the terms and conditions of our web site. You agree that you will always be bound by the terms and conditions currently in force when you visit our web site. In the case of purchases, we agree that we will be bound by the terms and conditions which were in force on the day of your purchase.
